 WE ALL NEED LOVING HOMES!

ALMA has a large selection of animals that need to find homes, these are very loving animals that just need a place to call home!! Call Sheila 624-137-7683 (cell) or Brian 141-0283 we can help you take one home with you!

How can you resist me?

These four puppies came to us from the dump thanks to a very caring lady. This is the way a lot of the puppies in this area are gotten rid of when they are not wanted. Thanks to ALMA this is not a common event anymore, but it does still happen.

They are very social and extemely cuddly and need a loving home.

We currently have 9 dogs for adoption, view as a slideshow

All of these animals are at the "CARE"  facility in San Jose and all need loving homes, If you would like to meet any of them let us know.  Foster care or a permanent home is needed.  We can help you take them to the states or Canada.

This very bright, sweet, young female Baja girl needs a  home.  She would love to have a family with children to play with.  She has been spayed and will soon have her shots.

Currently, she is living near a construction site hoping to get enough to eat everyday. Or perhaps you would be willing to provide a temporary foster home for her while we look for a home for her.

Baja Girl has been adopted!

Amber has been adopted!!!

Henbra dalmata has been adopted!

This big guy is a Mastive and has been adopted!

MAMACITA #2 has been adopted!

If you have an interest in adopting one of the pups or in helping to provide foster care please call:  Brian at 141-0283.

 Foster Care & Adoption:

This area remains the most problematic for us because we have no facility. Luckily we have a few
huge-hearted volunteers who are always willing to take care of these orphans, but we need more
help.  We are always on the lookout for anyone who cares to assist us by being a foster care giver
to a homeless dog or cat, or a new litter of puppies or kittens until suitable homes are found.
Donations of food for these animals are always needed as well.

If you would like to adopt one of our animals and take it to the US:

You will need a health certificate issued within 5 days of crossing  the border into
the US. If you are flying you will need to make an advance reservation with the
airline. You will need to have an adequate crate.  (Like the ones we use for the
clinics.)  You will need to have a water container attached to the crate even
though there is no water in it as it would spill anyway. If dogs are small
(puppies)  Alaska will allow two in a crate for the price of one.

Alaska Airlines to check on price.

If driving, a health certificate is good to h
ave. If you are planning to take a dog to a Humane Society in the states for adoption you need to contact them in advance and make an appointment to
relinquish the animal. Animals that are in good condition and are social are more likely to be accepted.
